Document Verification : 5th – 21st June 2017
Display of Seat Matrix : 14th June 2017 (after 4:00 PM)
Option Entry : 15th June (11:00 AM) to 23rd June (upto 11:00 AM)
Publication of Mock Allotment Results : 24th June 2017 (after 4:00 PM)
Provision to change options : 24th June 2017 (8:00 PM) to 26th June (upto 11:00 AM)
Publication of Real allotment Result : 27th June 2017 (after 4:00 PM)
Confirmation of Choices on Allotment, Payment of Fees and downloading of admission order : 28th – 30th June 2017
Last date for reporting the colleges : 30th June 2017 (before 5:30 PM)
KCET Counselling Procedure 2017
KCET 2017 Counselling Schedule 2017 : Document verification is the first step for participating in the KCET counselling 2017. After document verification, students will be able for online option entry. The option entry can be processed from the official website of KEA or students can also access the option entry link from here. During option entry, students can fill choices for branch and college followed by the payment of counselling fee. The portal of option entry will be functional from 15th June 2017. After few days of option entry, seat allotment result will be announced. Allotment of seats will be purely based on candidate’s rank in KCET 2017 and choices filled by them. Students can confirm their seats by reporting to the allotted institute.Documents Required for Verification
- Candidates have to produce the below listed documents for verification:
- 10th and 12th class Mark Sheet
- 10th and 12th class Passing Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Copy of KCET 2017 filled-in application form
- KCET 2017 Score Card
- At least 4 recent passport size photograph
- One ID Proof
- Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI
